Watch the show live. It starts in a bit.

[2/8/2013 10:56:52 PM] Huzzah, Utah!: They put the heart on manual and patched the heart up temporarily and went through with an experimental technique to get me a new working heart. In that time, I was in a coma

[2/8/2013 10:56:59 PM] Huzzah, Utah!: One month

[2/8/2013 10:57:31 PM] Huzzah, Utah!: I saw things that were beautiful and frightening

[2/8/2013 10:58:37 PM] Huzzah, Utah!: Many of the places I saw, I could put into one of the original Spyro games. Softly colored, swirling backgrounds that could stop your heart just by looking at it.

[2/8/2013 10:59:47 PM] Huzzah, Utah!: Floating islands, sandstone castles that turned red in sunlight, rolling hills and plains, fluffy reflected clouds in gold and silver, sun and moon in balance on opposing horizons

[2/8/2013 11:01:05 PM] Huzzah, Utah!: Down below was chaos. Reds and blacks, smoke so thick you could taste it even as high up as I was. Sometimes, the islands would swoop close enough, it snowed ash. Dead and dying people everywhere, streams and rivers that smoked with acid. Was safe on my islands, I stayed there most of the time

[2/8/2013 11:02:01 PM] Batman: How did you feel? Did you realize it wasn’t real?

[2/8/2013 11:02:02 PM] Huzzah, Utah!: I only touched the ground once

[2/8/2013 11:02:23 PM] Huzzah, Utah!: I don’t know. It was like I simultaneously knew it was a dream and all the while it felt so vividly real

[2/8/2013 11:02:29 PM] Huzzah, Utah!: I could feel the grass

[2/8/2013 11:02:41 PM] Huzzah, Utah!: It was soft, like velvet, and this dark emerald green. Very rich

[2/8/2013 11:03:05 PM] Huzzah, Utah!: I could taste the water that flowed from my island, it was cool and sweet

[2/8/2013 11:04:44 PM] Huzzah, Utah!: It was all a strange calm, like a realization that something had happened that you couldn’t stop, but you were alive and that’s all that counted

[2/8/2013 11:05:40 PM] Batman: were you alone in your dream?

[2/8/2013 11:06:09 PM] Huzzah, Utah!: Had some animals

[2/8/2013 11:06:50 PM] Huzzah, Utah!: Had these birds that had bat wings and long lizard tails, but their bodies and heads were birds

[2/8/2013 11:07:24 PM] Huzzah, Utah!: Down below, if there were people, they were burnt-out husks of corpses, some lizards that were dull in color but pretty big

[2/8/2013 11:08:52 PM] Huzzah, Utah!: For a month

[2/8/2013 11:10:13 PM] Batman: how did they keep you alive like how did they feed you?

[2/8/2013 11:16:39 PM] Huzzah, Utah!: Manual heartbeat, open-chest secured airtight room. Only specific docs and nurses were allowed. They feed coma patients through liquid, dripping nutrients and carbs and such via IV

[2/8/2013 11:16:52 PM] Huzzah, Utah!: I was basically plugged into six different tubes

things I like:

  • When goodguys give up
  • When badguys were goodguys once
  • When badguys team up with the goodguys
  • When badguys were sort of bad and then slowly slip to being worse and worse
  • When goodguys lose over and over but still get up and try
  • When there aren’t goodguys or badguys but just opposing points of view

Gonna practice painting foods and environments, but only stuff I know I’ll definitely use. ex. filipino food, icecream, etc. based on my characters and their backgrounds.
